Relationship Builder

I had the pleasure of working with Sairalyn when she became the Program Director at University Settlement's Cornerstone Campos Plaza community center (a Free Arts partner organization). Collaborating with her in this leadership role, I was always struck by the ease with which she built positive relationships with diverse community stakeholders, and her ability to calmly problem-solve any challenges that came her way. These were skillsets I really admired, and I learned a ton from working with her.
